Welcome! I'm glad you've taken this step to consider working with me. I'm here to listen without judgment and do my best to help you with your concerns. Whatever it is you're going through, I'm ready to use my knowledge and experience to support you every step of the way. Thank you!
I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and grief so they can find healing, regain hope, and move forward with greater peace and purpose. Life can bring seasons where you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel supported as you process your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I incorporate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s from Suffolk University, with a background in community health-based services. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to more complex disorders like PTSD and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but I particularly focus on adults and adolescents.
I am a non-judgmental, client centered therapist who is personally familiar with the challenges of single parenting, divorce, codependency, abuse, anxiety, and alcoholism. I have worked in middle/high schools in Pinellas County (28 yrs), and I am continuously working to learn new counseling strategies/ applications to help my clients overcome their challenges and develop new coping skills to face the challenges of life on every level. Life can get better as we age, if we know how to approach it.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), and I tailor these evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're navigating everyday challenges or working through more complex experiences, my focus is on helping you build meaningful, lasting change.

When we feel othered, alone, or hopeless — it's hard to ask for help. Talking to a therapist can help you feel like yourself again. I help my clients discover the root of their concerns through storytelling, reflecting on their values and desires, and understanding in what ways they’ve adapted to being in the world.
