Stressed? Anxious ? Depressed?
I am board certified and I advocate for mental health. Asking for help can be intimidating, so I applauded you taking the first step, I have 20+ years of working with clients ages 18 and older. Specializing in stress management, depression, anxiety and family issues.
I'm a therapist, punk, and human. I help late diagnosed (or suspecting!) ADHD/AuDHD women and AFAB folks work through the shame tapes (like "I'm lazy" or "I'm not good enough" or "everyone can do this except me") to get to empowerment. I am also trained in EMDR and group therapy facilitation for trauma processing and resilience building. Let's rise together!
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, processing grief, or trying to balance the many responsibilities and expectations placed upon you. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, struggling with self-esteem, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults facing anxiety, relationship issues, women's issues, grief and loss, cultural and ethnic identity concerns, stress management challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Together, we'll explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, resilience, and personal growth. My goal is to help you create meaningful change while building a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
Having over a decade of experience working in multiple settings with varied populations, pales in comparison to my innate drive to support others along their individualized journeys of growth, healing, recovery, increased awareness and/or self understanding.

Upon earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Science with a counseling specialty, my formal training commenced in 2002. Over the years, I've gained extensive experience and expertise, working in diverse settings. Anxiety, stress, worry, uncertainty, addictions and fear don't have to define your life. I'm a therapist who believes people heal best when they feel seen and not judged. I work mostly with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and bipolar disorder, along with the things that tend to come with them: anger, stress, family strain, questions about identity. My aim is simple. I want you to leave each session feeling a little more like yourself.
Outside of work, I garden, which has taught me that growth takes patience and the right conditions. Therapy is much the same. I also read a lot, especially history, and I'll take the mic at karaoke.
