As a licensed psychologist in California and Illinois, I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Penn State University. I also serve as a Professor of Psychology training and supervising graduate students. My experience includes counseling roles at the University of Illinois and National Dong Hwa University in Taiwan. I specialize in anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, with a focus on perfectionism and cultural adjustment.
As a mental health therapist for more than two decades I have helped people through their dilemmas of trauma, depression, anxiety including ADHD, bipolar management, family relationships, and other life stressors. I hold EMDR, Trauma and Anxiety Certifications. I also hold a holistic health practitioner certification focused on motivation, energy, and health systems associated with overall wellness.
