Welcome, and 初めまして。 I offer telehealth therapy for residents of Hawaii and New York and accepting new patients.
If you’re here, you’re probably hoping to feel better—fast. That’s human.
I was born in Japan, grew up in the U.S., and have lived in both Hawaii and New York. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in both states, with a background in leading nationally recognized mental health programs and training over 200 therapists. I also bring a business perspective, which helps me focus on practical, real-world solutions.
From both professional and personal experience, I understand how even strong, capable people can feel overwhelmed when life throws a curveball.
Sometimes change takes time, but we can begin right away by making sense of what’s going on and finding realistic ways to move forward.
I take a practical, steady approach, backed by over 25 years of experience in mental health.
I have over twenty-five years of experience as a practicing psychologist. My background includes being a school psychologist in a high school, teaching college psychology courses, and providing private practice therapy.
I am accepting new clients for tele-health appointments. I provide medication management for: anxiety, depression, bipolar, and/or ADHD. I have after-hour appointments and Saturday availability.
