Welcome! I'm Laura, a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a Masters in Social Work from Adelphi University.
With over ten years of experience, my clinical background encompasses both inpatient behavioral health and outpatient community mental health settings.
My passion lies in helping individuals overcome stress and anxiety, depression, cope with different life transitions, relationship and career challenges.
The past is a good place to visit but certainly not a place to stay
Introduce yourself to help prospective clients learn about you and your practice. We recommend including your professional background, education and any specific treatment areas you specialize in.
Hi, I'm Annalise! I, like Nick Cave, believe there is nothing more valuable than beauty or love. I am very much myself with clients: no airs, no pretense.
Online Anxiety Therapy in Florida & New York
If anxiety keeps you stuck in your head, replaying conversations, overthinking decisions, avoiding situations, or constantly preparing for what might go wrong, we can help.
Many of the adults we work with appear capable and successful on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, tense, exhausted, or unable to quiet their thoughts. You may be managing work, family, relationships, and everyone else’s expectations while wondering why it feels so difficult to simply relax.
At Inclusion Online Therapy, we help adults experiencing anxiety, social anxiety, panic, chronic stress, perfectionism, and burnout understand the patterns keeping them stuck and develop practical tools to feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Our approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. We especially understand the pressures that can come with being a first-generation professional, Latino or bicultural adult, caregiver, or the person everyone relies on. You won’t receive generic advice or be expected to leave your culture, family values, or identity outside the therapy room.
Our clinicians provide fully virtual therapy in English and Spanish, and we will help connect you with a therapist on our team whose experience and availability fit your needs.
You don’t have to wait until anxiety takes over your life to ask for support.

Hi, I’m Amy Gelles. I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years, with an MSW from Columbia University—but more importantly, I genuinely love helping people figure themselves out.
I didn’t end up here by accident. I started as a social worker in underserved communities, worked my way up to CEO of a major behavioral health agency... and then made a very intentional pivot back to what I love most: sitting with people (in person or on Zoom) and helping them to feel better.
So many of us are walking around thinking, “Why do I keep doing this?” or “Why do I feel this way?” ...and not getting great answers.
That’s where I come in.
I help you connect the dots, understand the patterns you’ve been stuck in, and actually shift them—so life starts to feel easier, clearer, and a lot happier - that is what I pride myself on doing.
I bring depth, insight, and a wide lens from years of experience—but also humor, honesty, and a very human approach.
I am a licensed clinical Social Worker and have over 20 years of experience in Health/Mental Health Social Work and Counseling.
I have a kind approach and attempt to meet you where you are on your journey.
