I graduated from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services. I have a certification in Breath Coaching, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga in my practice and actively integrate these wellness practices in our sessions.

After pursuing a career in Human Resources and Professional Development in the private sector, I decided to return to school to continue my education in order to help others. I attended and graduated from Columbia University with a Master degree in Social Work. I bring a wealth of lived, professional, and educational experience to her practice.
I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, including emergency care. I am passionate about mental health and providing holistic, patient-centered treatment through a combination of medication management and therapeutic support. My goal is to help patients feel heard, stabilized, and empowered in their care.
I received my BA in Psychology from LIU CW Post Campus (2004) and my MSW from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service (2013). I have 17 years of experience in the child welfare system, seven years of clinical practice, five years of practicum instruction and two years as an adjunct professor for social work education. .
