I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering teletherapy in New York and Connecticut. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, sports performance-related stress, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults of all ages and many perspectives. I have extensive experience providing therapy and I am passionate about helping those with complicated trauma heal and create the lives they deserve. I also enjoy working with those who feel very deeply, have complicated identities and who are neurodivergent.
I primarily work with individuals navigating the perinatal period. This includes people who are just starting to think about pregnancy, those currently expecting or navigating infertility and loss, and parents. I specialize in helping those who might be struggling with their mental health or are worried about how their own experiences will shape their relationship with their children.
Hi, I'm Kristina. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and the weight that builds up when life gets genuinely hard. That includes LGBTQ+ youth and adults, adolescents with disabilities, couples, people of color, and clients who have felt like the system was not
built with them in mind. My approach is integrative and strengths-based, with CBT and trauma-informed care at the core, and I show up with genuine empathy and honest
directness. I have received training in exposure and response prevention, psychoeducational testing, and family and forensic psychology, and I have worked with couples, court-mandated individuals, and clients who struggle financially. Reach out when you are ready. (Psy.D.,
Hofstra University 2022; MA, Teachers College Columbia 2015.)
Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale.
Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself lately. Maybe you know exactly what’s wrong, or maybe you just know that something isn’t working anymore. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t need to have the perfect explanation before coming to therapy. We can figure it out together.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. I’m also passionate about helping clients navigate changes in identity, relationships, work, family, and other areas of life.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals and groups around substance use and recovery, supporting individuals living with serious mental health challenges, and helping young people navigate major life transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Children & Youth Studies from Brooklyn College.
I’m a warm, curious, and compassionate therapist who genuinely wants to understand the person behind the symptoms. I believe people are more than their diagnoses, their struggles, or the worst thing that has happened to them. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I want you to leave our sessions with a little more clarity, a few more tools, and hopefully a little more room to breathe.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience providing individual and couples therapy in both private practice and community mental health settings. I earned my bachelor's degree from Tufts University and my Master of Social Work from New York University.
As a therapist, I bring flexibility and compassion and lead with warmth. I have worked across a range of settings, from supporting at-risk children and military families to community mental health, and that breath shapes how I meet each person exactly where they are.
