I’m Jen DiGianni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults through individual, family, and couples therapy. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum anxiety and depression.
I believe that the strength and confidence you’re looking for already exist within you. My role is to help you uncover those strengths and build the tools needed to manage life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Reaching out is hard, especially if you've already tried therapy before and it didn't quite get you where you needed to go. I want you to know that doesn't mean something's wrong with you, it usually just means the approach wasn't the right fit. I've spent over a decade working with people carrying trauma and addiction, adults and teens both, and what I care about most is helping you feel truly understood, maybe for the first time, before we even get to the work of healing.
I'm a clinical psychologist who got my PsyD from LIU Post and postdoc at UCLA DGSOM. I work with the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, couples), topics such as gender health, substance misuse, neurodiversity, OCD, trauma, and BPD.
I have over 36 years of clinical experience working with a wide variety of clinical disorders. I offer services to a multitude of client populations. I also conduct individual, couples and family therapy sessions.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping individuals navigate life’s transitions using a mindfulness-based and person-centered approach. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. Whether you’re managing the demands of parenthood, adjusting to a new phase of life, or seeking more balance day-to-day, I strive to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences and develop tools for lasting well-being.
Welcome! I’m Becky, and I’m here to partner with you in achieving your mental health goals. My practice is grounded in honesty, empathy, and evidence-based care. Navigating mental healthcare should feel clear and supportive, not overwhelming. I prioritize a personalized approach where your voice is heard, your experiences are respected, and you have full ownership over your journey to well-being.
I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with extensive training in psychotherapy. I work with teens, adults, families and couples, treating issues including anxiety, depression, loss and addiction. In addition to a social work degree from New York University, I also trained at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in its Family and Couples Treatment therapy program.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Ecotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, families and groups. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and healing. I also hold a systems and climate-aware perspective, working to support clients within the challenging times / systems we are experiencing. My clients include those who are navigating life transitions or experiencing challenging emotions, i.e. anxiety, depression, loss of purpose, grief, or identity confusion. I also see couples who may be struggling with conflict or communication challenges.
I've been doing this work for 28 years — and I'm still genuinely curious about the people I work with. I care about the whole arc of your life, not just the symptoms showing up right now. I integrate CBT, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and expressive arts, including music — depending on what each person actually needs. I'm LGBTQA+-affirming and bring a culturally responsive lens to every session. I don't assume, I ask. I work with adults across New York via telehealth, and I offer superbills that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement.
