Over the past 8 years, I have worked with a variety of clients in multiple levels of care. This has in included outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, group treatment for clients transitioning from psychiatric hospitalization, and supporting court-ordered clients with substance use and mental health concerns. Most recently, I worked at a group private practice specializing in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and perfectionism.

With a passion for supporting professionals, healthcare workers, first responders, and mothers, I provide tailored care to empower women to thrive in all aspects of life.

I"m a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, panic, and other mental health concerns. I also have an interest in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional and psychiatric changes that can occur during perimenopause and menopause.
Feeling comfortable in our shoes is essential to a creative and self-fulfilling journey and
life. The struggle to reach out for support can be an obstacle that leads to isolation,
loneliness, anxiety, and depression and is often the first and most challenging step to
