My journey to becoming a provider
When talking about my journey becoming a therapist, I always start out by letting people know that social work found me and I'm so glad it did! In my journey as a therapist, I started out running groups, which I have enjoyed for many years. I was later drawn to working with people individually.

“Like a lotus flower, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, blossom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.” I believe meaningful therapy begins with a space where you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self.
