I have led therapy groups focusing on childhood trauma, men's groups, feeling safe in love, attachment, codependence and spirituality. I was awarded Employee of the Year for LA County's Department of Mental Health. You don’t have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. I work with individuals and families who are facing crisis, grief, general life challenges, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to cope with what’s ahead.
As a social worker with experience in medical and end-of-life settings, I understand how complex and heavy these moments can be. I also recognize the challenges of navigating family dynamics. My goal is to provide a steady, supportive space where you can process what you’re going through and feel less alone in it.
I have a MSW from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
I have an unrestricted license to independently practice as a social worker in both the states of Washington and California.
My clinical training is in motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, suicide assessment, and a strengths-based approach.
I am professionally trained in Intergroup Dialogue facilitation, providing clinical supervision for social workers, as well as EDI strategy.
I am a psychotherapist specializing in trauma-focused care and integrative therapies. I utilize EMDR alongside other bottom-up approaches such as somatic and IFS-informed therapy. I am clinically trained in classical psychoanalysis, brief psychodynamic interventions, CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy and will draw upon these frameworks when clinically relevant.
