My clinical focus is dedicated to helping those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. As a veteran of the U.S. Navy, I feel a profound calling to support active-duty service members, veterans, and our first responder community. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders. Many of my patients come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or discouraged after struggling with symptoms that interfere with their relationships, work, school, or daily life. Whether you're seeking care for the first time or looking for a fresh approach after previous treatments haven't provided the results you hoped for, I'm here to help.
My approach begins with listening. I take time to understand your story, your goals, and the factors that contribute to your mental health. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, psychoeducation, lifestyle strategies, and brief therapeutic interventions. I believe in shared decision-making, ensuring you understand your options and feel confident in every step of your care.
I primarily treat patients experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as conditions such as OCD, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is holistic, addressing the physiological, cognitive, and emotional aspects of mental health to support overall well-being.
