Greetings. I am a warm, astute, and engaged Psychologist, who is committed to providing you with a safe and compassionate space in which to take on life’s challenges and overcome barriers to a fuller, more engaged, and rewarding life. I work with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, grief, general discontent, as well as work and academic distress. I am also well trained in working with trauma (early abuse and neglect), and relationship struggles (work, family and romantic).
I have dedicated my career to helping children and young adults reach their fullest potential. With over 20 years of hands-on experience across clinical, educational, and neuropsychological settings, I provide compassionate, dignified care grounded in deep expertise. My training was shaped by leading scholars in neuropsychology, educational psychology, and behavior analysis. I trained in a neuropsychology lab at Stony Brook University, became a licensed, board-certified behavior analyst, completed doctoral training at Southern Illinois University under Dr. Barbara Cordoni, and later completed postdoctoral re-specialization in clinical neuropsychology under Dr. Elkhonon Goldberg, specializing in pediatric and complex behavioral cases.
I've been practicing in the mental health field for more than 4 years now. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and love using it with many different clients. I've found that DBT has also helped me on a personal level.
I’m a caring and nonjudgmental therapist who believes everyone deserves a safe space to be heard and supported. I work alongside my clients with compassion, helping them navigate challenges and discover what helps them feel their best. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people grow, heal, and reach their goals!!
