If you find yourself overthinking conversations, getting stuck in the same relationship patterns, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed during conflict, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling frustrated by reactions they can't seem to change, whether that's shutting down, people-pleasing, becoming emotionally reactive, or replaying interactions long after they've happened. I'm a down-to-earth therapist who values genuine connection and practical solutions and I work with individuals and families who want to better understand their patterns and create healthier relationships.
I love counseling – both giving and receiving. For over 40 years, I have helped adoptive families utilizing my law and counseling degrees.
The counseling aspect spans a wide range of populations, including tweens, seniors, singles, couples, and multiple family members.
I met my wife at graduate school while working on my Master’s in Social Work, and we have since adopted three children.
Welcome! I’m Moradeyo, a compassionate and dedicated Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) practitioner, specializing in helping individuals and couples build stronger, more meaningful connections. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions and find deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
With a deep understanding of how our emotional bonds shape our experiences, I use EFT to guide you through the process of identifying negative cycles and patterns that may be causing distress in your relationships. Whether you're struggling with communication issues, emotional disconnection, or past trauma, EFT offers a powerful, evidence-based framework to transform your relationship dynamics and create lasting change.
If you're ready to break free from emotional barriers and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships, I invite you to take the first step with me. Together, we can uncover the deep emotional connections that will help you lead a more balanced and enriched life.
In addition to being a LMHC in the state of NY, I'm also just a human gal navigating life alongside 2 doodles and a cat; creating and interacting with nature plays an important role in my life, but before you think I'm just a calm collected artist haunting the woods mysteriously, I'm also known for sitting on a comfy chair for way too long, re-watching the same shows from the early 2000s, and collecting copious amounts of craft and art supplies that I swear I will use someday.
You've been carrying something heavy — maybe for years. The kind of weight that doesn't show on the outside but makes everything feel harder: getting through a workday, trusting people, feeling safe in your own body. Whether you're navigating trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, or anxiety — or healing from experiences of sexual or physical abuse — you don't have to keep managing this alone. I work with adults across New York, including women, Black and multicultural clients, and LGBTQ+ individuals who are done shrinking and ready for something to actually shift.
Hi, I'm Dr. Lorin Singh, a licensed psychologist providing telehealth therapy for adults throughout New York.
Over the past decade, I've worked in psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, community mental health, leadership, and private practice. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood without judgment. Therapy doesn't have to feel overly clinical or intimidating. I believe in meeting people where they are, helping them better understand themselves, and building practical tools that create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe meaningful healing begins when individuals feel seen, heard, and understood. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I bring over four years of clinical counseling experience, along with more than twenty-two years as a school psychologist, to support children, individuals, and families.
With more than two decades in education, I became deeply aware of how essential mental health support is for children and families. I witnessed firsthand how emotional challenges can affect learning, relationships, and overall well-being—and how transformative the right support can be.
These experiences led me to pursue a career in mental health counseling. Today, I partner with adults to help them build a strong, grounded foundation for themselves, one that naturally extends to their children and strengthens the family as a whole. I also remain committed to supporting teens as they enter adulthood, helping them develop the tools and confidence needed for lifelong well-being.
I’m Linda Orji, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over Eleven years of experience in health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals with both medical and psychiatric conditions, which deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.
I'm Regina Ross, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with 19 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging moments. My work is rooted in a deep belief that healing is possible for everyone, and that people flourish when they feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
